The third annual Selkie awards are currently open for applications.
We welcome digital submissions of comics and graphic novels that meet the following requirements:
Following the deadline, all submissions will be assessed by the shortlisting panel. Each work will be scored using a points system by the panel members, and the shortlist will be created from the combined average scores. The shortlisted work will then be scored by the judges who will award each category.
3-5 works will be shortlisted for each award, depending on the quantity of submissions we receive. The shortlisted works and final judging panel will be announced via social media.
Details of the award ceremony are to be confirmed, but we plan to host the award ceremony online in early December. An in-person exhibition of nominated works will be added if time/resources allow.
